  Kemp Video is a husband and wife team who both work professionally at local television stations. Dustin works in production at KATV, Channel 7. Tisha is a program producer, editor and graphic artist at VTN (The Victory Television Network). She produces the station's three flagship shows, two of which are nationally syndicated.
